We are very excited to announce our School Logo project has been finalized and our top designs have been chosen for your review. We have selected the top 8 logo designs to place in an online Top Logo Design Poll and we would like you to participate in helping the Board of Trustees select our logo. With the insight of your feedback in the Top Logo Designs Poll the Board will select our new logo at the Board of Trustees meeting on Monday August 4th, 2014.
The School Logo project was a big undertaking. Although we have a new school name and mascot, we want to keep our Shiloh Stars school history alive within our new logo. To do so, the designers were instructed to incorporate a star or stars in their logo design and keep our school colors the same, red, white, and blue. We also asked for designs that could be both screen-printed on t-shirts and embroidered on uniform shirts. This meant that some of the more complex designs were not selected since they would be difficult to embroider.
We had over 450 designs submitted by 91 graphics designers throughout the world. The designers were located in the United States, Argentina, Croatia, India, Indonesia, Italy, Morocco, Philippines, Russia, and Spain. The Final Round required us to eliminate 85 designers and choose the top 6 designers to submit their final designs for consideration. The finalist designers were from the United States, Argentina, Indonesia, and Italy. From these 6 designers, we have selected the top 8 designs as finalists to submit to you in our Top Logo Designs Poll.
